Weekly Group Call: Each week, members will discuss the materials and research assigned and determine how best to implement this knowledge into their daily work goals.

Weekly 30-minute 1:1 Coaching Session with Carole: Everyone has unique work goals, challenging teammates, and individual hurdles. Individual coaching offers supplemental, confidential space to work through unique challenges and celebrates progress in implementing new leadership skills and strategies.

Time: Each Leadership Intel© cohort is a twelve-week journey over 4 months (to accommodate holidays) and culminates in significant leadership development.​

What to expect:

  • An initial assessment will be sent to you before or after our Kickoff Session and we will debrief your results and explore your goals for this course during our 1:1 sessions.

  • Personal sessions are for you and confidential.

  • Group sessions are to learn from each other and offer perspectives to help each other grow.

  • You get to choose which aspects of leadership

  • you want to take back to the workspace and include in your professional development metrics (optional).

  • I can help you fine-tune how to measure them.

What we expect from you:

  • You will be expected to show up for the group sessions for there is much to gain as a group.

  • You will treat everyone in the group with the same professional courtesy and open-mindedness that you would want to receive.

  • We will ask questions of each other to unpack, open, and explore topics that are challenging.

  • We will ask permission before giving advice or sharing perspectives.

  • We will get to laugh together, find the ironies and fun in ourselves, and learn.
